Mission Statement:
To guide individuals in releasing unwanted patterns and beliefs, while supporting alignment with their higher purpose.
I’ve learned to trust the subtle, and sometimes not so subtle, information that comes to me. I've developed that trust through my own personal growth journey and through study and training, which includes:
The work of Barbara Ann Brennan, Core Energetics-Character Structures, NLP, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), and HBLU (Healing from the Body Level Up).
I am a Reiki Master/Teacher in the Usui tradition.
Additionally, my marketing executive background, combined with my other training, allows me to help you create a conscious corporate experience if that is your intention.
Metaphysical teachings played a huge part in my upbringing. I read books by Ernest Holmes, Emmet Fox and Thomas Troward. My father would take me to parapsychology classes, which makes me giggle when I think about it…not a common experience for most teenagers.
I believe our work is ever with ourselves as we are all cells in the same body of collective consciousness. Our individual growth creates opportunities for others to do the same, much like striking one tuning fork will cause another of the same frequency to vibrate.
