A Course in Miracles says, “There are no idle thoughts. All thinking produces form on some level.” And, the more you think a particular thought, the more you energize it, until it becomes part of your experience.
Awkward pivot to our beloved Betty White, who understood this concept better than anyone. Someone asked her, “Do you know what I hate?” and she answered, “No, and frankly, I don’t care to know.” I love that. She always kept her frequency high in the love and laughter zone as she served up a big plate of comedy for humanity. So, maybe a useful go-to when we are tempted to go down the hate-hole is to ask ourselves, What would Betty White do? Today, I choose wisely the thoughts I energize with my attention.
