Or just my imagination?
The inner voice of intuitive guidance is extremely subtle. Extremely. It takes a great deal of self-awareness to discern the difference between the still, small voice of your Higher Self, and the ego’s fear-based yammering…which is not subtle at all and doesn’t feel particularly good. Practice, and most importantly, personal work are required here. If you put the cart before the horse by learning intuitive skills before cleaning up judgements and false beliefs about yourself and others, you view the world through a glass, darkly. Intuition will come naturally as you clear away what prevents you from being in your natural state of clarity. Meditation, mindfulness, and being in nature are also great practices to become familiar with the subtle inner voice that is always spot on! Work it from all angles. And if you need support on your spiritual journey, give me a shout!

Empaths receive intuitive information by feeling it. They often experience the emotions and sometimes even the physical symptoms of others.
For instance, if someone close to them is depressed, they may start feeling sad themselves. Or they may get what is commonly called sympathy pains when someone they know is ill or injured. Some empaths have no idea that what they are experiencing is actually coming from someone else. Some are very aware but have no idea how to manage it. They think they are a sponge, absorbing the feelings of others, but that is not at all what is happening. They are entraining, or matching their emotional frequency with the emotional frequencies of others instead of staying grounded and centered in their own thoughts and feelings. I love helping those with this unique superpower learn to manage their energy body and live with grounded clarity! Today, I easily recognize what is mine and what is not, when to respond with awareness and when to let the feeling float by. Today, I am fully present with clarity and discernment. |
