Many people tell me they absorb the feelings of others. Actually, you’re not absorbing anything, just receiving information the unique way that you do. It’s your choice to match someone else’s emotional frequency, but I wouldn’t recommend it. The best way to have discernment when you’re feeling emotional, is to ask yourself often… “Is this mine?” If it isn’t, it will dissipate immediately. For reals. Try it.
